More than 280 people were arrested by the Tshwane north police cluster in the past week.Cluster spokesperson Captain Rhenieth Motlana said the culprits had been caught since last Monday.
“They were arrested on numerous charges, ranging from possession of drugs to attempted murder,” Motlana said.
The Tshwane north cluster comprised nine police stations — Dube, Ga-Rankuwa, Mabopane, Pretoria North, Soshanguve, Hammanskraal, Loate, Rietgat and Temba.
“Those arrested will appear in the magistrate courts of Garankuwa, Pretoria North, Soshanguve and Temba on Monday,” Motlana said.
